Ambika Jewellers, Jalgaon, Maharashtra (“we”, “us”) uses the Jewel Os billing system to run our store. This policy explains what customer information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect
– Your name and mobile number
– Your purchase, repair, estimate and payment details
– Your GSTIN, if you give it to us for a business invoice

How we use it
– To make your bills, estimates, repair receipts and payment receipts
– To send you your bill PDF and payment updates on WhatsApp, only if you agree to receive them
– To keep the accounts and tax records the law requires

WhatsApp messages
We send WhatsApp messages through the official WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta. Meta handles these messages under its own privacy policy. You can ask us to stop WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or by telling us at the store.

Sharing
We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with:
– Meta (WhatsApp), to deliver the messages you agreed to receive
– Our accountant and tax authorities, as the law requires

How long we keep it
We keep bills and payment records for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Other details are deleted when no longer needed.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. Some records, such as tax invoices, must be kept by law and cannot be deleted before the legal period ends.
